Explanation: For the purpose of this section, “descendant” means the children of the deceased or disabled Chief Justice or Judge. (4) In case of the death of the Chief Justice or a judge in the course of his official duties or if he is disabled for life, he, his family or descendants will receive it until the date which is earlier.
