(1) In the case of the death of a Chief Justice or a Judge in the course of his official duties, or if he is unable to work for life due to the same reason, to each child of such dead or disabled Chief Justice or Judge until he attains the age of eighteen years, nine hundred An annual educational allowance will be given at the rate of Rs.

Explanation: For the purpose of this section, “descendant” means the children of the deceased or disabled Chief Justice or Judge. In addition to the educational allowance as per sub-section (1), every offspring of the Chief Justice or the judge whose mother and father are not alive shall be given an allowance at the rate of seventy-five rupees per month.

(4) In case of the death of the Chief Justice or a judge in the course of his official duties or if he is disabled for life, he, his family or descendants will receive it until the date which is earlier.
